Essential StaffCare is underwritten by BCS Insurance Company. All contract employees who have completed their 2-week waiting period are eligible to participate in benefits offered by Essential StaffCare. This is a Group Benefits Program that offers you the opportunity to elect the following coverage: Medical, In-Hospital Cash, Vision Care, Dental, Short Term Disability, and Term Life. Dependents can also be covered under these plans (except for short Term Disability). These plans are affordably priced and your premium payments are deducted directly from your paycheck.

You must elect coverage in the first 30 days you are employed with Greene Resources, Inc.

Make sure to photocopy your completed Enrollment Form for your records and turn in the original to Greene Resources, Inc.
